In short, it is a guided meditation using sacred instruments. The vibrations of sound fill the room and wash over you, allowing deep relaxation to take place. Benefits of sound healing include: improved immune system, blood pressure, sleep, memory and optimism. Faatima works with quartz crystal singing bowls, chimes, ocean drums, rain sticks and more! A sound bath with her includes breathing exercises, gentle yoga, aromatherapy and energy healing.
A yoga mat, pillow, blanket and water. Optional items to bring are a journal, eye pillow and crystals. For virtual sound baths, prepare a sacred, healing space by dimming the lights and lighting a candle or incense. Feel free to lie down on your floor, a yoga mat, your bed or sofa. Headphones or earbuds are recommended.
Dress comfortably in loose fitting clothing like yoga clothes, loungewear, sweat pants and t-shirts, etc.
