Happy Galentine's Day Event
Join us for our annual Galentine's Day Celebration on Self Care Sunday, February 9th, 2:30pm -4:00pm PST. This is a virtual event that takes place on Zoom. This session is for women only and is all about self love. Our breath work, gentle yoga and sound bath will focus on the heart chakra. Wear something pink or red and bring a glass of bubbly or your favorite beverage. Don't forget your journal, a blanket, pillow, and eye mask. Your Self Care Investment for this event is only $10.
